Sales in general

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on orders purchased via an online store. If you want to return, this can be done by prior written agreement. See the section on returns

 

Payment

You can pay with the following payment cards in the shop: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro.

The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.

 

Hove Home reserves the right of ownership of delivered goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

 

Once you have sent your order to us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation at your email address.

 

Prices

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT and other fees.

Card and bank fees are stated before purchase. Transaction fees do not exceed the fees set by PBS.

The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable order price.

Reservations are made for discontinued goods and defects.

 

Delivery

Our products are delivered directly from our warehouse in Ikast and to the one listed on the order. If you want to have your item delivered, then the smaller items will be delivered with GLS home delivery.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

 

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

 

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given at info@hovehome.com or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

 

Return

You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

Lack of original packaging may possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

The cost of the return is generally expected to amount to GLS's package prices.

 

Goods except for the right of withdrawal

The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

 

Delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.

 

Agreements on specific urgent repair or maintenance work at the consumer, which the consumer has expressly requested in advance

 

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

 

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.

 

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to purchases of goods.

 

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
