Refund policy
At Hove Home, we greatly appreciate our customers, and it is important to us that you are satisfied. If this is not the case and the product does not live up to your expectations, you can take advantage of our 14-day return policy. This could be because you have regretted your purchase or there is something wrong with the item.
You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
Lack of original packaging may possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.
The cost of the return is generally expected to amount to GLS's package prices.
Once you have placed an order with Hove Home, we will send a return slip together with your order. If you have lost the return slip, you can print it from here. If the product does not live up to your expectations, please fill in the return slip and send it with the item returned. On the return slip, you write your personal information, which items are returned, and the reason why the item is returned. In addition, you must write whether you want a replacement or the money back.
